1. How Should I Wash My NEWKID Items?

Wash all items inside-out, in cold water and hang to dry. Most items are 100% cotton and not pre-shrunk. 

 

2. How Do I Know How An Item Will Fit?

NEWKID items fit true to size, but are not pre-shrunk. Please view our size guide to get an accurate measurement of each item.

3. What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

NEWKID accepts VISA, MASTERCARD, PAYPAL.

 

4. I Get An Error Message When I Enter My Shipping And Billing Addresses. What’s Going On?

If you are receiving an error message, there may be a problem with your credit card information, billing or shipping address. The billing address should match exactly what your bank has on file. Please review all information closely and look for any typos. Also, try re-formatting the names and addresses in your billing information (this often solves the issue). 

 

5. My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

 

If you’re still receiving an error message after reviewing your credit card information, billing and shipping address, make sure you’re using the latest version of your web browser. Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations.  If you continue to receive error messages, please use our online chat assistance or contact Customer Care at  info@nwkd.com


6. Where Is My Order Confirmation?

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you entered on your order.  If for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add orders@nwkd.com to your safe sender list.

You can also check your order status by signing into your account on our website. 


7. My Order Won’t Go Through. What Should I Do?

“In Warehouse” just means that we successfully received your order! Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number (if applicable) and your order status will change to “Shipped.”


8. How Do I Modify An Order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders within 24 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.    

 

9. How Long Does It Take To Receive My Order?

USA Expedited: 2-4 business Days
USA Regular: 6-8 Business Days
Canada Expedited: 2-3 Business Days
Canada Regular: 4-6 Business Days
International Expedited: 6-10 Business Days
International Regular: 4-6 Weeks

Most items are shipped within 48 hours. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. All items ship from Canada via Canada Post and/or USPS.


10. Will I Have To Pay International Taxes & Duties?

To Our USA Customers:

Orders under $200 USD should not incur duty fees. If your order is over $200, the order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise, however, this is just a general guideline. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

To Our Canadian Customers:

All orders will be duty free. Taxes will be billed online at the point of sale.


To Our International Customers:

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.

NEWKID cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.

By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.

If you refuse a shipment from NEWKID, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to NEWKID. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded. 


11. Was I Over Charged?

Your credit/debit card will only be charged once at time of checkout.

If you just placed your order, what you are seeing on your bank account is an authorization. This is a common bank practice handling credit card transactions to ensure sufficient funds and account authenticity. This authorization will clear in approximately 24-48hours. If you need help speeding up the process, you can contact the issuing bank of your credit card.



Please only click the “Place Order” button once to avoid multiple authorizations. 


12. Can I Return Or Exchange An Item?

Returns for refund are not available at this time.

Exchanges must be made within 30 days of purchase. Exchanged items must be unworn in new condition accompanied by original packaging. Exchanges will only be authorized after the warehouse has inspected the item(s). Please contact returns@nwkd.com to obtain a RA#. Once a RA# has been processed, the item(s) must be received within 2 weeks of the date the RA# was created. NEWKID is not responsible for processing and exchanging unauthorized return item(s). DO NOT RETURN SHIP ITEM(S) WITHOUT A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RA#).

Shipping cost is not refundable. Sender is responsible for return shipping cost.


13. I Have Not Received My Order, What Do I Do?

Please check the order status and tracking number for your order here. If your order is significantly past its estimated delivery date please contact us for assistance.

NEWKID is not responsible for lost or damaged items during delivery. If you would like to report a lost or damaged shipment please fill out a claim form here.
